Golovinski, a company specialising in the production and processing of natural stone, comes to Marmomac 2026 with a clear goal: to let the material speak. Not a simple exhibition space, but an environment able to convey the weight, texture and depth of stone, turning the products into the protagonists of a sensory narrative.
Marmomac is the leading international trade fair for the stone sector, where marble, granite and natural stone meet designers, architects and buyers from all over the world. In a setting where every exhibitor is showing materials, the challenge is to stand out not through quantity, but through the way the material is staged.
Golovinski is a company whose roots go back to 1894: over a century of natural stone craftsmanship, from quarrying to cutting and finishing marble and granite. A heritage of artisanal expertise combined with contemporary processing technologies.
The stand had to:
◾️ Put the raw material centre stage, bringing blocks and slabs to the fair at their real scale, with nothing in between.
◾️ Create a multisensory experience, engaging sight, touch and hearing around the theme of stone.
◾️ Strengthen the brand’s positioning in the high end of the market, with a visual language consistent with its 1894 heritage.
The stand turned a display of materials into a recognisable narrative environment, able to hold visitors well beyond the average dwell time and to generate qualified contacts with international designers and buyers.
The project confirms the VØID approach: the stand design does not accompany the product, it stages it.
